Charming Villa Mokka, Pula

Opened its doors in 2017. Situated in a quiet part of rural village Štinjan, Villa Dijana is a 4* holiday house that offers intimate location perfect for your serene and yet so exciting holiday.

A lot of attention was devoted to the details in designing the interior and the interior of the house so that the guest could truly feel like a guest.

It is ideal for accommodating 8 guests but can accommodate up to 10 people.

The house is designed to go from the edge to the edge of the plot, surrounded by a wall so that when the main front door is locked, children cannot go out into the front yard of the house or on to the street without adult supervision.

Although we love them, we do not allow pets for cleanliness reasons.

Villa is situated halfway between City of Pula and City of Fažana (5km distance both ways).

900 m walking distance from the house there is a beautifully landscaped beach with beach bars and rich recreational amenities such as wibit, pedal boats and rent-a-boat and jet ski.

Villa Mokka is only 5 km away from Pula Airport, approximately 5 minutes by taxi.

The house is equipped with everything you need for a pleasant and fulfilling holiday, and the owners are at your service to help you achieve this.

The rental price is ALL INCLUSIVE and includes:

Accommodation, initial cleaning, final cleaning, laundry (bed linen, towels), pool maintenance, garden maintenance, water, electricity, tourist tax, registration fee, air conditioning, internet access.
