Villa Mokka

Villa Mokka is in one quiet part of rural village Štinjan and is a 4 star holiday home offering a sheltered location perfect for your peaceful yet so exciting vacation.

In the design of the interior and interior decoration of the house a lot of attention has been paid to the details so that the guest really feels can feel as a guest.

A special highlight is the tavern with a large barbecue and rustic dining table. Here is the perfect place for unforgettable evenings with friends and family. In the transitional period and in bad weather, simply close the wide folding door and continue partying protected by the crackling fire.

It is ideal for 8 guests but can accommodate up to 10 people.

The house reaches from boarder to boarder of the plot and is surrounded by a wall, so children cannot reach the street, if you lock the front door. So you won´t have to watch after them all the time.

Although we love them, for reasons of cleanliness we do not allow pets.

The villa is located halfway between the city of Pula and the city of Fažana (5 km distance in both directions).

900 m walk from the house there is a beautifully landscaped Beach with beach bars and rich leisure facilities such as Wibit, Pedal Boats and Rent-a-Boat and Jetski.

A bakery, a small supermarket and a restaurant can be reached by foot in a few meters.

The house is equipped with everything you need for a pleasant and fulfilling holiday and the tourist agency, that manages the house is at always available to help you with this.

The rental price is ALL INCLUSIVE and includes:

accommodation, initial cleaning, final cleaning, laundry (sheets, towels), pool maintenance, garden maintenance, water, electricity, tourist tax, Registration fee, air conditioning, Internet access.
